    Gardening

About two months ago, we had a TetraPak gardening class at work. During this class we learned how to seed and care for spinach (left in the above picture) and salad (right) plants in a 1L milk box.

They grew quite slowly. This was after one week.
And after a month they we're this big.
And this is the end result. My breakfast 40 days after I started growing the salads. Yummy :D

But these were just short term "gardening" experiments. I also wanted to try my hand at keeping a plant alive for longer term.

So far it has survived a month and a half in my hands and it seems to be doing well enough :D And it's also a great test subject for my new camera :D

It was nice to be able to grow my own food. I am looking forward to the next harvest of my salad and I actually have a couple more pots that need to be filled (and a 10 liter bag of soil that needs to be used :-"), so I need some suggestions on what else to plant. Feel free to recommend something in the comments.
